During the integration of Live chat with the client’s NetSuite account , the main problem we faced was “how to display the customer link in the Live Chat window when a new chat request is initiated”? The customer link on its onclick must open the respective customer record if the live chat agents are logged in to the NetSuite account.
With our expert NetSuite team we solved the two issues by using an intermediate php server to handle request between webhook and netsuite suitescript.
