Brand Insights

Legend Linen is a premium home furnishings brand offering luxurious and exotic bedroom designs, including a range of bedding solutions.

Store Presence

With a strong eCommerce presence and a warehouse-based distribution model, the company cater to both digital and physical retail.

Operational Challenges

The warehouse team faced slow and error-prone manual processes for picking, scanning, cartonization, and SSCC label generation. All these obstacles resulted in frequent delays, limited scalability, and increased reliance on support teams.

Our Solutions

Our team delivered a complete Suitelet-based custom UI inside NetSuite to streamline item picking, packing, fulfilment, and SSCC label generation.

1

Unified Warehouse UI with Location Filtering

Warehouse users can select their location to view filtered orders, enabling the accurate and real-time processing of pending or partially fulfilled sales orders via a central Suitelet page.

2

Barcode-Driven Order Scanning & Navigation

Orders are scanned via a dynamic interface showing fulfilment details. Users are guided to start new or continue existing fulfillments for faster, error-free processing.

3

Smart Packing & Cartonization Logic

Barcode scanning updates packed quantities. Custom rules enable the automatic creation of cartons, either manually with the “Close Carton” option or automatically using predefined item-based limits.

4

SSCC Labelling & Tracking Integration

SSCC labels are auto-generated after packing for EDI customers. Users can enter tracking numbers, with real-time ASN creation and shipment updates directly in NetSuite.

Challenges

Optimizing warehouse fulfilment and EDI workflows to scale high-volume operations.

Manual, Fragmented Fulfilment Workflow

Scanning, packing, and label generation were performed across disconnected steps with no barcode validation, causing delays, packing errors, and low operational efficiency.

Lack of Automation & Real-Time Visibility

Lack of automated cartonization, SSCC label generation, and live tracking updates resulted in shipment inaccuracies and limited EDI readiness, ultimately affecting downstream processes and customer satisfaction.

Limited UI Scalability for Large Orders

Suitelet performance constraints hindered the system’s ability to process high-volume orders, resulting in slow response times and bottlenecks in warehouse operations.

Results

The custom NetSuite-Celigo interface transformed warehouse fulfilment with real-time automation, improved accuracy, and scalable performance.

1

Streamlined Fulfilment Workflow

A unified Suitelet handles scanning, packing, and shipment on a single screen, thereby minimizing errors and speeding up order processing.

2

Real-Time Automation & Visibility

Barcode scanning, tracking updates, and SSCC label generation now occur instantly, improving shipment accuracy and EDI compliance.

3

Enhanced Order Processing Efficiency

Warehouse teams now process 50–60 orders per hour with minimal manual input, improving throughput and reducing delays.

4

Scalable, High-Performance UI

Optimized Suitelet performance ensures smooth handling of large orders with hundreds of item lines, eliminating system slowdowns.
