One of our clients, who has an eCommerce website with NetSuite as a backend, approached us with a requirement to provide a customer support system on their website. Live chat integrated with NetSuite accounts to streamline their sales transactions seemed the perfect solution for their problem.

Challenges

During the integration of Live chat with the client’s NetSuite account, the main problem we faced was “how to display the customer link in the Live Chat window when a new chat request is initiated”? The customer link on its onclick must open the respective customer record if the live chat agents are logged in to the NetSuite account.

Our Solutions

With our expert NetSuite team, we solved the two issues by using an intermediate PHP server to handle requests between webhook and NetSuite suitescript.

Results

We integrated Live Chat API- a live-online customer support software system in the NetSuite-backend website to efficiently manage their customer care service. VNMT provided an efficient solution to display the customer link in the Live Chat window on new customer initiation. If the live chat agents are logged in, then the link displayed in the dashboard will open the respective customer record on its onclick, displaying all the information regarding the particular customer and about his transactions.
