Our client wanted to update certain site details to a large number of custom records, which were categorized under several departments. There were almost 9000 records, so going through each record every time and updating the particular records with the specific information was out of the question. So the only option left was creating scripts. But how to simultaneously update a large number of records and how to identify the particular custom site records under a specific category to manipulate the data in that record were the main challenges we faced during our requirement analysis.
